Really, the only good thing I can say about the place, is that it has no bugs, and that it was clean when we came to the room, and we were charged for an every day cleaning, but they only came back one time while we were there, there was no coffee in the lobby, There was no Internet, and the unit did not work in our room. Also, the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the lack of coffee and Internet and their reframe was we only work here. And get ready for a big surprise, especially if you reserve your room online, the price that you quoted on the Choice hotel website will be different than the price you are charged at check out.

This place is BADLY in need of some maintenance!!!! Elevator broken for second year/stay now; TV or Direct TV was down for 4 days! They stated other guests were having same issue but did nothing to fix the problem. No Wi-Fi had to “call” a number to get Wi-Fi connected but left on hold forever. Handicap shower had unstable floor felt like I was gonna to fall through it. Dirty linens on bed (comforter and top cover). Hot breakfast is a waffle. Only reason I stayed here because was convenient location. I don’t think I will stay here again - very poor “Quality” Inn

Stayed here because it was convenient. Everyone on the staff was great from first phone call reservation to check out time. The location was good with plenty of free parking. The actual building was in need. Nothing like bricks falling loose, but everything needed some attention. Doors were hard to operate, handles were loose. Things that had just been neglected. The room phone didn't even have a plug jack. The bed was almost funny, it popped and creaked at the slightest movement. The mattress was OK but the frame was junk. We did get some sleep, but that was in spite of some odd banging noise coming out of the wall. At first we thought it was rowdy neighbors, but decided it was something like bad probably plumbing. The price was reasonable and as stated the location is good. We would probably stay here again hoping this was a low point.

There are many, many things wrong with this Quality Inn, but the most glaring issue is the staff. They are rude, unhelpful, and offer zero customer service. They just want to take your money. The manager is never available; she will only respond to emails -- but only after a couple of days have passed. Broken appliances, broken elevator. Nothing "quality" about this place. BOTTOM LINE: STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I stayed in June for a night and they charge me "Hotel Services Fees" for making the reservation online through Choice Privileges and another "Hotel Services Fees" for paying the bill with a credit card. The GM will not speak to me or return my calls. Beware of this place and find another.
